Our Services
Birth Doula
Birth is an adventure. We never really know where it will take us, which is why support and education are so important! As a birth doula, I will be with you in labor when you decide you are ready for extra support, whether that be in your home or birth location. We discuss how to decide the best time for support during our prenatal visits. During labor, I provide emotional and physical comfort. What that looks like will depend on your preferences. It could be encouraging words, affirmations, visualizations, massage, counter pressure, position changes, or suggestions for your partner. I am there for you, to support you how you want in order to have the kind of birth experience you desire. I will not take the place of any medical provider, nor will I make any medical decisions for you. What I will do is give you the knowledge you need to prepare for birth and help you to advocate for yourself in getting the information you need to make decisions as they arise.
Labor and birth is perhaps the most miraculous time in your life. I want to help ensure it becomes a memory you cherish, no matter how your story unfolds. As you look back at your birth, I hope you remember feeling supported by your team and empowered as the decision maker every step of the way.

Insurance Coverage
I was previously a non-network provider with Tricare, however, beginning in 2025, a new contractor took over and since, doulas have had difficulty switching over to the new company and getting paid. Whether I will take Tricare in the future is currently TBD.
If your insurance covers doulas, please reach out and we can discuss my eligibility for coverage.
